The API Chat System will function similar to the "Trader Chat" currently available
on your TWS. Each user will select a chat room alias. No secure account information
will be available in the chat. View comments, receive help from customers creating
their first API and those with more experience. IB will dedicate an API specialist
in the chat room during US hours to start and eventually consider 24 hours
coverage if there is sufficient demand.

be physically on the trading floor to get the pulse of the market.
Traders Chat will allow you to chat in real-time with other IB
Traders. IB Customers may access Traders Chat through the Chat icon
within the Traders
Workstation.
The IB Discussion Forum is provided as a means
for IB customers to share ideas, ask other IB customers questions,
and post programming code. The forum will not be moderated by IB, so if you require
specific assistance for a question or problem, and are unable to find the answer
within the IB
